If I exert my Free Will, does it interfere with my Destiny?
What about teachers who say we can reach enlightenment without doing anything? Isn't that my destiny?

It is true that the evolution of the human race is heading toward enlightenment, and we will be carried along in that direction without making any effort. . . eventually. But those who feel enlightened without any effort have probably made lots of effort in past lives.

The fact is, most of us have obstructions in our nervous systems that will clear themselves if we learn "the art of doing nothing" (meditation). Otherwise, during everyday living we tend to create more of these obstructions while we imagine we are doing nothing.
