I've just read an article about a method of separating ejaculation from orgasm. the article claim that when reaching the point of no return, you just push the point between anus ans scrotum with two fingers which will hold the semen inside, but I still get drops of semen out and the felling was a bit bad (feeling of resisting the semen from coming out) my question is whether this is normal, whether I just need practice
also I'm looking for details about the methods of injaculation (any book or course)
also, is using porn for arousal really bad idea ? |

Hi Makouda,
The technique you are referring to is called "blocking". There is a lesson on it here:
Lesson T5 - Blocking Male Ejaculation - Putting on the Training Wheels
It is an early practice for men on the path of Tantric sex. There are more advanced techniques than this that are covered in the rest of the Tantra lessons.
The process of injaculation, where the semen is taken up into the body, transforming into amrita, is also covered in those lessons. It all takes practice.
There are references to this process in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika also, but the process is not as clearly described as in Yogani's lessons. In the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and in the AYP Tantra lessons, the process is referred to as "vajroli".

Hi Christ
according to Wikipedia : This approach has since been discredited by modern medicine , as the retrograde-ejaculated sperm actually go into the bladder and are simply lost at the next urination reference |

Hi Makouda,
Yes, that is what happens.
When we practice yoga though, something else takes place as well. At a certain stage in our practice, prana (subtle energy) begins to flow upwards through the body. This process is called kundalini and is often experienced as ecstasy. As this process becomes strong, it can cause semen to move continuously into the bladder. It can also cause a more concentrated form of prana from the sexual fluids in the bladder, to move into the third chakra, or manipura chakra. Here, it becomes mixed with prana from our food and from the air and forms another substance called soma. Soma is also an etheric substance, so cannot be detected physically. The soma moves upwards into the head, where it is transformed into amrita. Here it can be felt as dripping from the crown and third eye as liquid light, or dripping into the mouth and throat.
It is an intoxicating experience and has been happening here for many years.
