lately when I go into spinal breathing, almost as soon as start i feel a sensation in my eyes, kind of hard to explain exactly what it is. Almost like i am breathing out my eyes, but that explanation does not do it justice. it feels a little heated, a little pressure, a little burning, but all very slight. not sure i am love, i am joy, i am peace i am brothr neil
