There is clicking in my throat that I can feel and hear. The clicking happens when I have sexual thoughts or sexual actions. This happens after a few days of AYAM meditation or Breath Control. Having better control over my meditation I have no overloading. I think this is just better flow of energy rising through me. This has been happening for about a year now. I have just been keeping an eye on it. Nothing bad happens, just wondering what is happening.

I recognize that, but it's more like clicking in the head. I was said that it could be a sign of activation of the pineal gland. Maybe other people here on the forum can elaborate on this.
