Hi all,
Lately I've been having these short spasm like sensations in my body. It feels like energy is going through my body and I quiver and breath out. This lasts for about a second and it feels good. It happens sometimes when I'm doing asanas, pranayam, or the mulabhanda lock.
Could someone possible shine some light on what this is? Is it a sign of kundalini awakening? And is there anything I can do to transmute this energy to something greater?
Thanks in advance.

This is not enough information.

It's best to be content with your practice, deepening the silence
and your ability to receive guidance from your own silent witness.

Then you could answer your own question ;-)

As for transmuting the energy:

When we are rooted in the silence, transformations happen naturally
as our bodies, emotions, minds and deeper components become
purified.

Now if the energy is burning or painful, then you need to self-pace.

Keep up the good work, and let us know how things go!

Love,

Kev
