This evening while doing dm i thought and felt my chrono was broken cz i always do 5 mtes of dm and felt has passsed 10 mtes or more.But finally i heard the alarm of my chrono and had passed only 5 mtes! it was no broken! I felt fire runing for hands and saw lot of orange inner light and flashes during dm.Really powerful session this evening.Some insights and watching some toughts that i never had seen before since i began with ayp. I think this evening meditation was a real present. I feel blessed. Thank u.
