Western medicines are okay sometimes, but perhaps you all know of some more natural techniques for reducing non-food related nausea (motion sickness, medication, chemo, etc.)

Only ginger tea comes to mind.
Anything else?

There are several natural remedies that can help relieve nausea. Next, I will mention some of the most common:

Ginger: Ginger is known for its antiemetic properties and may help reduce nausea. You can take it in the form of ginger tea, chew pieces of fresh ginger, or take ginger supplements in capsule form.

Peppermint: Peppermint has calming properties and can help relieve nausea. You can consume mint tea, mint gum, or just smell fresh mint leaves.

Lemon: The smell and taste of lemon can be effective in reducing nausea. You can add lemon slices to hot water or suck on lemon drops for relief.

Chamomile: Chamomile has anti-inflammatory and calming properties that can help reduce nausea. Prepare a cup of chamomile tea and drink it slowly.

Acupressure: Stimulation of certain acupressure points can help relieve nausea. You can gently press the point located on the inside of the wrist, approximately three finger widths above the crease of the wrist, known as the P6 or Neiguan point.

Remember that if nausea persists or recurs, it is important to consult a health professional for a proper diagnosis and specific treatment. Also, keep in mind that natural remedies may not be effective for everyone, so it's important to listen to your body and seek the advice of a health expert.
