Hi all,
From the 9th to the 12th September 2021 I will be leading an online retreat using Zoom.
The topic of the retreat will be "Samyama". For those who are not aware of the practice, it involves releasing sutras into silence. So, it is a form of active meditation.
It is the subject of the whole of the third chapter of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and we will be looking at this chapter of the book during the retreat. Classes will take place in the afternoons and evenings.
The language will be English and the retreat will be suitable for all levels.
