Hello Friends,
I'm offering one day online AYP international retreat on Sunday, September 19th, 2021 . The topic is Yoga and Relationships.
Date:Sunday, September 19th, 2021
Retreat Schedule (Eastern Standard Time)
Topic: Yoga and Relationships
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Asanas, pranayama, meditation, samyama
11:10 p.m. - 11:55 a.m. Pranayama, meditation, samyama
12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. Afternoon talk on Yoga and Relationships followed by questions & answers.
Cost: Suggested donation minimum $20 - a part of the donations will go to support the AYP website.
