Dear Forum members,

I have continuously looked up topics to do with AYP (and not) on this forum and I have been continuously surprised () and heartened and encouraged by finding what has been written. From zufus to chanting, to saints and gurus, to yoga postures and a host of other topics I want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who has communicated and helped and put in their one or two cents worth It is a wonderful experience to meet you all
