We are hoping you will join Katrine and Carson for the upcoming Toronto AYP Yoga and Deep Meditation Retreats the weekend of August 12 to 14, 2011 in Ontario, Canada.
We have moved to a less expensive venue and this upcoming AYP Yoga and Deep Meditation Retreat will now be held at the beautiful and tranquil setting of the Mount Mary Retreat Center near Toronto, Ontario and Buffalo New York. Approximately 45 minutes west of Toronto Pearson International Airport and 75 minutes north of Buffalo New York!
This AYP retreats will give people the opportunity to vastly deepen and expand their practice in the profound and powerful way that only a group retreat experience can provide. As the last retreat in Toronto showed, it can be a huge boost to your practice.

Please note, there are a maximum of only 25 spaces available for the retreat. Due to the new venue we are also able to offer significantly lower pricing. The last Toronto retreat was amazing, see feedback here.

Just a little update.
So far there are 13 people altogether including Carson, Katrine and myself registered for the August 12 to 14 retreat in Ancaster (near Toronto, Canada and Buffalo, NY).
It is a beautiful location, looking forward to it! |

We are now up to 19 people (including Katrine, Carson and myself) for the upcoming August 12 to 14 retreat. Looking forward to seeing how the larger numbers will impact the group experience at the retreat!

Hi there,
Wanted to let everyone know that we just finished our second Toronto retreat this year with Carson and Katrine and it was again an amazing weekend. These two are fantastic facilitators and helped make it a positive experience for everyone who attended.
We had 21 people altogether including Katrine, Carson and myself. The vast majority of the participants were new to AYP and their feedback indicated that they really enjoyed the retreat and left having a solid daily meditation practice that they could easily implement into their lives.
The retreat center had beautiful grounds and a very peaceful feel, the rooms and accommodations were good too, so we plan to go back there again next year.
On a personal note, the retreats are an amazing opportunity for accelerated growth and learning. I look forward to the next! |
