For too long, as kundalini energy would get even close to my heart in the back, it would almost completely bypass it, usually making a half circle on the left hand side.

Some very good people, pointed out to me, that simply meditating on your root chakra, focusing solely on your perineum while allowing yourself to enter a meditative trance, would actually allow your energy to circulate naturally around the sushuma, almost no matter what if done right.

I still had the problem of energising it though. If you feel any energy sort of buzzing in your root, it means you're not doing it right, and are more than likely paying too much attention to your breath while focusing on your root. The energy will more than likely get stuck in certain problem spots, and please do not continue as it could be very very very(x2) dangerous.
