Thank you Jim for posting these links. That video can be a great pointer, or reminder, to anyone, regardless of faith or religion or none, that there can be such a simple way to find happiness. I see meditation and yoga as a great help to accomplish this, by loosening up the ego, so it will be easier to turn around one's attention in that direction, from "me" to "you".
