Greetings, I've been working with the
Shree Om Shree Om IAM IAM Namah Namah
mantra for 4 years now and have been ready for awhile to move into the next one - if there is one? Does anyone have any insight on this?

So much gratitude to Yogani and everyone who makes this work possible.

Dear Jean-Pierre,

Welcome to the forums.
I believe that's it. Yogani has not come out with any further enhancement, saying that that one is long enough. If you feel the need to spice up your routine, have you tried enhancing other aspects of your combo? What elements have you already added?

Hiya, thanks so much for the reply!

I'm pretty comfortable with all the other aspects and others I've added from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. I've noticed with the other mantras that they'll cause some purification, then the meditation time will be a super high vibration compared to my everyday life, then I'll notice that my whole reality takes on the higher frequency of the mantra, so doing the mantra is pretty neutral at that point. I noticed that long ago with #3 - it sounds like I'm ready for some other practices.

Thanks again, I really appreciate it!

love
