Well said I totally agree with you and when I was looking or searching for better techniques I believe its my luck and my life changed with these practices.My Humble thanks and heartfelt Gratitude to Yogani for providing this freely on net which otherwise it'll take years for a person to get a particular technique or the next step.
So I TOTALLY TOTALLY agree with you @ save yourself a few decades.
