Hi,

I would like to know if there is an (official) stance of AYP on qigong and acupuncture. I know that yogani has practiced tai chi for some time and found it beneficial for grounding. However, I did not find many hints in AYP lessons on qigong and acupuncture. It comes from a different system of course and is not part of AYP, but perhaps there is a general guideline.
