Hello.
I have Asperger Syndrome.
I Always searched for Truth,like
Absolute Truth.

I understanded that psychic abilities
are real,and that human is a inferior
beings compared to Stars Beings,called
in the past Gods.

Just Like a Monkey is Inferior to Human,Human
is animal compared to Superior Races like Devas,
Greek Gods,the ones connected to Source,the ones
with superior subtle psychic biology,superior
psychic abilities,and superior senses,and longevity.

I want to be psychic,to see the next layer of illusion,and
the next,and so on.

I also believe that New Age have much pieces of the
puzzle.

Anyways,this is my question.

I did cut the little tongue skin and now my tongue
is larger,and i can do Kechari Mudra up to phase 3,and
enter the nasal pharynx,i believe?.

I can touch with my tongue the line that divides the left
and right nostril,and the sella turcica above it.

I can enter the nasal holes,the right and left,but
the left one is to small,the right one i can enter,but
the tongue is too short.

Now i want to strech,how many minutes should be?.
How many times i have to move it?.

One time i did it 35 Minutes,streching in all directions,and
it was to unpleasant.

How many times i should streching?.
100 Times?.
How Many Minutes?.

I would prefer if someone says to me a specific number,like
100 or 120,for 3 minutes for example.

My objetive to Kechari Mudra is like this image:

I ask for a rutine,that is good enough to do for many months
until i can reach phase 4.

I do practice a spinal breathing,i imagine a line from the
root chakra,to the crown chakra and breathe in the line,that is
in the spinal column to the crown chakra,and then i move
it down to the Heart Chakra and repeat.

I use Mentally the HRIM Mantra.

I noticed that the sella turcica is like the spinal goes from the
tongue to the brain,like is a key the sella turcica,and
kechari phase 3 unlock it.

In my meditations sometimes i see images in my head,but it not too much.

If i can Dream,[i do it but too little],i can lucid dream,if i can
lucid dream,i can astral project,if i can astral project i can do
remote viewing.

Also i sense subtle winds,cold winds,pleasant,in head and hands,for example.

I feel energy but too little.

What i ask is for a rutine for streching.

Is 61 streching of the tongue right?.

i move it 61 time to the front,61 times to the right,
61 times to the left,every days,for 3 months or more.

This will elongated the tongue to enter in the nasal cavity enought
to do phase 4?.

The Kechari mudra phase 3 is the tongue lock,but phase 4
releases amrita,that is like a natural body
psychedelic.

So they have diferent functions.

Yes,i have a rutine,and meditate with kechari phase 3.

I ask here for a rutine to stretch the tongue,how many times,61 times
to the right,then left,then the front is right?.

Much many times i should move it to front,left and right?.
I ask for a rutine,i prefer it not be in minutes,but
a number of movements of the tongue,like 61 times every day.

I am here to ask for a rutine of streching,for many movements of
streching.

Is 61 times in the right,left,and front directions all days for
more than 3 months enought to make it long enough to do
kechari phase 4?.

I wait for answers.

In ayp the method used to stretch the tongue is to use a little blade, to make a small cut under the tongue once every couple of weeks. Having said this, I would advise to let things come naturally from a place of stillness. Being too eager to advance always brings complications, energetic imbalances and may very well end up in neuroses. Personally, I don't practice kechari so I can't advise you properly, but spiritual processes are tied with one another, and when an opening occurs, the whole system responds. Stressing over little details doesn't allow us to see the actual pace of progression, and we miss the next step we ought to make.

Zamolxes sums up the AYP approach to Ketchari, to coax it along at a comfortable pace for you, and to continue a dedicated meditation practice so that you ‘open’ when you are ready. The AYP forum is for issues regarding AYP practice, or to address uncomfortable circumstances that may arise in spiritual pursuits. “61 times” stretching the tongue in multiple directions sounds like a Kriya practice, so I doubt you will find any advice regarding Kriya here. Perhaps seek out a Kriya forum? Beware of taking any uninspected or unverified yoga advice off of social media platforms.

Amrita is not guaranteed at level 4. Like all yoga, siddis appear when your vessel is ripe enough. We all have different obstructions and uneven purification causes and effects. A rigid system cannot be dependable to cover this inequality.

Your Aspergers may encourage you to break down problems into rigid, specific, numerical solutions (I have a daughter with ASD). This is a very mind-centric endeavor. The lesson I linked shows a more, flexible approach, “easily favoring” how you feel (and how your body responds) on any particular day. I challenge you to relax in your approach to your practices, to surrender the need for control expectations and outcomes, to listen and respond to your body on any given day, and to be disciplined with meditation, for that is the best way to set yourself up for spiritual success.

Dear Inner worlds,

In truth your practices sound very un-balanced to me and you are likely paving the way for serious problems down the line. The mantra HRIM alone makes me shudder.
It is entirely up to you but why don’t you have a read of the AYP lessons and gather some knowledge how we view things here at AYP. AYP builds an integrated system of practices in a very balanced manner, rarely seen anywhere else. It may resonate.

Hi InnerWorlds,

it is of no importance wether you do 61 or 42 stretches. And so is it of no importance at what phase in khechari you are. Your phase will not determine your state of enlightenment. And you will not find truth by searching for the right number.

It is your rational mind that is trying to find absolute truth. But the truth you are looking for is not found in the mind.

Practice quieting your mind. You will find that all numbers have been correct all way long.
