Hello Friends,
Are you interested in starting the New Year with one day online AYP retreat learning about Kundalini and Subtle body? I cordially invite you to this retreat.
Below is the schedule:
Date: Sunday, January 10th, 2021
Topic: Kundalini and Subtle Body.
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Asanas, pranayama, meditation, samyama
12:10 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Pranayama, meditation, samyama
2:30 p.m. - 3.30 p.m. Afternoon talk on kundalini and subtle body, followed by questions and answers
Cost: Suggested minimum donation of $20. Part of the donation will go to support AYP website.
