Hi guys,

In April we will be running an AYP retreat in Devon, U.K. at the Bala Brook retreat centre.

The retreat will run from the 1st to the 5th April and will be led by myself and Amandine Perrin.

Teachings will include:


  • Advanced pranayama practices and how pranayama can be combined with mudras and bandhas.

  • Samyama, and how samyama practice works to strengthen self-inquiry practice (jnana yoga).

Hi guys,

Unfortunately this retreat will not be able to go ahead due to the ongoing coronavirus restrictions in the U.K.

Everyone who was due to come has been refunded.

The lockdown is due to be eased gradually here, but in-person yoga classes in the U.K. will not be possible until the middle of May.
