Hello Friends,
Many who have attended in person AYP retreats know there is palpable Stillness and Ecstatic Bliss in these retreats. The online retreats are equally inspiring, until we can gather in person again.
I'm offering an online retreat on Sunday, December 6th with back to back session.Details below.

Sunday, December 6th, 2020
Retreat Schedule (Eastern Standard Time)
Topic: Bhakti and Self- Pacing
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Asanas, pranayama, meditation, samyama (guided practices)
12:10 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Pranayama, meditation, samyama
2:30 p.m. - 3.30 p.m. Afternoon talk on bhakti and self pacing, followed by questions and answers
Leader: Sunyata
Cost: Suggested donation minimum $20 - a part of the donations will go to support the AYP website.
