hello my friends, precisely yogani whom this question is addressed to.
i am still using the 1st enhancement mantra and things are going smoothly with that but i have the urge to add on the second enhancement nowadays.
and something technical caught my attention in it.
now in the second enhancement mantra SHREE OM SHREE OM I AM I AM NAMAH,every word mantra is repeated twice except NAMAH.
and in one of your books i saw NAMAH repeated twice like the rest of the mantra.
i know that this isn't such a big question but still i would like to ask which is best: repeating NAMAH in the end twice or once? and if not twice then why only once and the rest twice?
The second "NAMAH" is included in the AYP Easy Lessons book as a third mantra enhancement. It is included as an addition to Lesson 188. You can read about it there.
