Hello all,

It was nice to see that a group for the east has been set up! It's still going right? I'm in Japan and the west group's time didn't fit at all for me... I'm always long asleep before that starts! So I'll make an effort to fit this in even though it is a little off my usual times for meditating (3:15pm for Japan if I checked correctly)
