By now, AYP has been blessed to receive visitors from just about every tradition on the planet. It is an honor to be able to share something that can be useful to people engaged in many different systems of spiritual practice. Likewise, AYP has been enriched in complementary ways by exposure to these many ways of approaching the task of human spiritual transformation.

This forum is for discussing ways that other systems of practice are related to and can complement the AYP approach. Much can be gained by looking across the lines that separate the various systems. What we will find is common threads, confirmations and, sometimes, revelations that would not be possible otherwise.

It is understood that there are many questions about how other systems of practices may relate to the AYP system. We do our best to address these, and they should be posted in the Other Systems or other non-AYP practice support forum category, not in forum categories and topics that are for support on the AYP practices. This applies especially in support topics for AYP Deep Meditation and Spinal Breathing Pranayama, where assuring clarity on the techniques is very important.

If you are visiting the forums to discuss other systems of practice only, then you have come to the wrong place. We no longer support other system discussions that are not related to the AYP system and/or complementary in some way. For discussions that are entirely about other systems, it is suggested to take them to other forums on the internet that are able to accommodate them better than we can here.

Please keep in mind that this is not a place for proselytizing, preaching, sectarian posturing, long-winded belief system debates, or discrediting the paths of others. The focus here is on the practical application of spiritual practices, the resulting experiences, and seeking common threads found in multiple traditions and the AYP approach. Posting that is not in line with these guidelines will not be permitted.

Whatever our orientation may be, we all share one thing in common on the spiritual journey -- this marvelous human nervous system, this temple of God, our glorious doorway to divine experience!

The guru is in you.
