What can I do to better ground myself?

Sometimes yoga practices may cause one to feel "ungrounded", that is to experince excessive kundalini symptoms and/or emotional instability.

Grounding is easy - pretty much anything that involves the earth will help. Exercising, running, walking, dancing, digging in the earth, working with plants, tai chi, yoga asanas, eating a heavier diet, will all help.

There may also be a need for self-pacing.

Read more about grounding in Lesson 69, near the bottom of the page.
