Ecstatic conductivity - What is ecstatic conductivity?
"Ecstatic conductivity" is a term used in AYP to describe the awakening of kundalini and the rise of inner sensuality between the root and the third eye (Ajna Chakra). It is an awakening of the spinal nerve, which leads to conscious sensations between the upper and lower extremities of the body. In is an awakening of the latent capabilities in our nervous system. How to cultivate ecstatic conductivity The experience of ecstatic conductivity can begin with any practice, depending on the amount and location of obstructions lodged deep in our nervous system. The more practices we have worked up to in a stable daily routine, the more is ecstatic conductivity being cultivated. Whenever we do practices, the awakening is always happening by degrees. When we sit to meditate the very first time, feeling some peace and bliss, this is a step toward ecstatic conductivity.
