Hello Yoginis and Yogis,

I will be hosting online AYP Retreat on Saturday , May 18th. Details below. Please let me know if you would like to attend.

Date: Saturday, May 18th, 2024

Retreat Schedule (Eastern Standard Time)
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Introduction- Asanas, pranayama, meditation, samyama
11:05 a.m. - 11:55 a.m. Pranayama, meditation, samyama
12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. Satsang

Cost: Suggested donation minimum $20 - a part of the donations will go to support the AYP website.
