Hello,

I am wondering if it is ok to begin a Deep Meditation practice even though I use nicotine? I am reading the book and got to the chapter about tobacco and alcohol. I don't use tobacco, but a vape.

Any advice on this?

Yes, it is ok. Habits that are not conducive to meditation will naturally fall away over time - so don't worry about it.
