I'm talking about permanent enlightenment that is called moksha, nirvana, satori in Zen, wu in Chan Buddhism, etc.

Has anyone read about the physiology of enlightenment in terms of chakras or other energy centers. While the physiology of kundalini awakening, etc. are clearly described, I haven't seen an explanation about what happens PHYSIOLOGICALLY (chakras, energy channels, energy centers, etc.) during the enlightenment process, or what changes permanently after the enlightenment.

Any references, especially book references will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
