ONLINE AYP RETREAT - Saturday, 13 November 2021

STAGES OF MEDITATION

Different spiritual tradition describe stages of meditation. Knowing about them helps us direct our practice in an effective way, allows us to recognize them as the meditation deepens, and fuels the bhakti on the path.

The retreat will include two sessions (morning and afternoon) covering the asanas in the AYP asana kit, spinal breathing pranayama, deep meditation, and samyama. There will be clear instructions so everybody could follow the practices.

There will be a presentation of the stages of meditation described in different traditions, such as the Christian prayer of the heart, the classical Buddhism, the eight jhanas of meditation absorption, and the Tibetan tradition. The presentation will be followed by an open discussion, questions and answers, and sharing.

Limited places available - please email me if you want to join it.
