Hi all,

We have made the decision to postpone the next AYP Teacher Training Course until 2022. The course was planned for September 2021, but restrictions in Thailand mean that we cannot go ahead with the course this year. The vaccination program is now underway and the Thai government has said that they plan to end all restrictions at the end of this year.

We have set the new dates to be the 1st to 29th March 2022.

The course will be suitable for people who have at least a year of experience with the practices of Deep Meditation and Spinal Breathing Pranayama.

The full details with the new dates are here.

Hi all,

We still have one AC room available for the AYP teacher training course in March 2022 taking place in Thailand. The other rooms are all taken now. There are also some places still available in shared AC tents by the ocean.

Hi all,

All the rooms are taken now for the next AYP teacher training course in March 2022, but we still have spaces in shared tents. The tents are bell tents by the ocean and have beds in them. They also have electricity, lights, AC units, fans and private bathrooms.

Hi all,

Thailand will be relaxing its entry restrictions from the 1st February, and returning to the "Test-and-Go" program. There are a few differences to the way the program was being run before Christmas. It basically means that fully vaccinated travellers can enter the country, at certain entry points, taking a PCR test upon arrival and staying for one night in a "SHA+extra" hotel. They then have to do the same thing again on day 5.

Koh Samui is one of the entry points, and Koh Tao, where we run the TTC events, is within the "Sandbox zone", meaning that people entering through Test-and-Go, can travel to Koh Tao after their first night in Thailand.

Unvaccinated people can also enter Thailand but have to complete a 10-day quarantine period.

Full details of the changes to the entry requirements are here

Hi all,

There are 12 of us taking part in the current AYP teacher training course in Thailand (9 students and 3 teachers). We are now half-way through the course.

I have put a few photos taken on the days off on Facebook here:

Hi all,

One of the students who was on the recent AYP teacher training course in Thailand made a short video of the event. She had a drone with a camera on, so was able to get some great shots.
