recently i have started noticing yellow jelly like structures in semen. it happened after i started semen retention practice. I don't meditate as often as i should. I searched over internet where some folks say it's normal, some say it's stagnant semen. I wanted to ask this community about it's views.
my observation suggests that this jelly like structure goes away after my 2nd ejaculation. It can be seen only on 1st ejaculation after weeks of retention.
Is it normal to see yellow/ clear jelly like balls in semen? if it is not normal then what can i do to solve this issue.
