We will be running an AYP retreat in Galicia in North-Western Spain from the 26th June to the 3rd July. It will be an intermediate to advanced level retreat and will be suitable for people with at least one-year of yoga experience.
During the retreat we will be looking at aspects of yoga such as entry into samadhi, self-inquiry, cosmic samyama and opening the heart centre. We will also be exploring some of the advanced AYP pranayamas.
The centre is located on a peninsular close to several white-sand beaches.
