Hey folks,

one thing I'm spending some time with is to deal with past experiences and emotions from it. They are blocking me in my spiritual development.

Recently I stumbled over the book The Emotion Code.

The book teaches to use a technique called muscle feedback. Via muscle feedback we can communicate with the subconsciousness. The feedback is used to find trapped emotions from the past. The body stores emotions that we couldn't cope with somewhere in our body as energy. This energy-blocks are causing a lot of problems and pain.

Most impressive for me was that I found some really old, trapped emotions. They are from situations I would never have thought of. Some are more than 25 years old. They stayed with me, trapped in my body, because I wasn't able to cope with them at the time.

Right now I read "The Great Work of Your Life: A Guide for the Journey to Your True Calling", which is about the Gita and your Dharma. I'll keep you posted!
