I recently have been aware a strange symptom going on during resting periods. I'm wondering if anyone else experienced similar things before:
During resting periods (usually lasts for 20mins or so), I felt I was in and out of a very deep unknown space, where I can barely keep aware (just a very vague sense of merely being there). My knees would simultaneously move up, just like being sucked/drawn up without any physical effort or intention. Recently, my shoulders also felt being pushed out of the limits of my physical shoulders all of a sudden. I feel the energy has something to do with my entering the space at the crown region.
Any comments or relating experience is appreciated!
