June 8-18, 2012 there will be an AYP retreat in Colorado! Before I announce the specific place I would like to get an idea of any AYPers that are interested in attending. Contact me anytime through email...

This is an opportunity to get together with fellow practitioners to spend a weekend cultivating profound abiding inner silence and ecstatic awakening that will bring deep and lasting benefits in your daily life. Please join us.
Newcomers are welcome on the retreat. Instructions for AYP Deep Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama and basic Asanas (postures) are included as needed at no additional cost.

Due to lack of interest, this retreat has been cancelled. Nicole says she would like to try again at a later date, and whenever the time comes for a Colorado retreat, we will do all we can to help.
