i have a serious problem with thought broadcasting and my thoughts go out about a 2 neighborhood block radius and possibly 3 block but rather not know because its awful to live with. my psychologist said it is a split personality and i think so to since it feels like other people of me from child hood and stuff. i tried a meditation by yogi bhajan to remove the split personality’s but it can not fully rid them. i lost so much personal info about my self that it feels awful. makes me want to leave town and live in isolation. if anyone has advice or is having the same problem feel free to post. i think the secret weapon might be the Sodarshan Chakra Kriya which is the ultimate chackra cleaner. if anyone knows about this Sodarshan Chakra Kriya please let me know to since i have masterd it but am going to do it for the full 2 1/2 hours a day for 40 days once i am in a supportive environment since it invokes the kundalini.

I had the same problem some time ago.

In my case talking to people I can trust helped. At first, I couldn't rely on anybody's help, because my mind separated people to those, who can hear and those, who cannot. So, if someone told me that thought broadcasting isn't real, I just labeled him as "non-hearing". But when I talked to some people I was sure had been hearing my thoughts for very long time and they said it wasn't the case, it helped.

Although I still see some "signs of people hearing my thoughts", I don't care much about it. It's like a hint, which I can take or ignore. I think that it can be removed completely by focused non-believing: just think of another explanation every time some "sing" is appearing.

Hi ThoughtBroadcaster

I think that the advice from viagarapill is really good.

Check with people who you really trust.

Maybe you are mistaken.

Hi ThoughtBroadcaster,

I am interested in the phenomenon of thought broadcasting, and thought receiving. I have experienced both sides of it. I have also wanted to switch channels so that a particular person would not be exchanging thoughts with me (may God bless that person). It helped to have the assistance of a friend who understood, and who gave me a method for solving the problem, assuring me that it had also worked for her. Here is what I did: with clear intention, mentally, I snipped the transmission line between me and that other person, just snipped it with an imaginary scissors.

Seems to have worked

PS I also like what viagrapill wrote.

Dear ThoughtBroadcaster

I've now had a look at the meditation that you mentioned and I'd like to add that I personally wouldn't recommend it. If you want to meditate, you might like to use the Deep Meditation explained in the free lessons.

Make sure that you have the support of your psychologist by telling them about this.

I hope you find some relief from this problem soon.

I have had problems with schizoaffective personality disorder and what I have used to help myself improve mentally has been what I call "the hands of man and mind of God". Essentially this is using my hands to help me pull/push on the energy meridians within my hands/arms and/or on various pressure points on my body. (these are acupressure points but I find them by feeling from within where the blockages are) While pulling/pushing on the meridians, I meditate on emptiness, love, liquidlight, joy, etc. This is similar to the deep meditation described on this AYP site in some ways. Also I allow my eyes to move/flow as they feel the need to, which allows energy to flow through them freely. So my eyes flicker around, though I am controlling them loosely.

Essentially the function of this is to break up energy blockages throughout my body/being and to pull energy up my left front side through my heart/chest/lungs region up to my left eye, which is quite blocked up and which I am trying to open up. The goal is to move the energy up to the brow, especially on the inside of the skull which I understand might be the third eye, and up into the brain.

It all started with my "pain tap" experience more than a decade ago, when I was praying to Christ and I prayed/gave my pain up to Christ/God and connected the pain point (lower abdomen/chest area; emotional and physical pain) up to the center of my head through the brow (behind the front of the skull). This dissolved the pain, and brought peace and joy.

So essentially meditation on love while bringing the energy up through the third eye into the brain can dissolve a blockage. I use variations on this theme in opening up blockages in myself and dissolving them, opening up the energy flows and integrating them into love in my heart and mind.

That's my 2 cents; not sure if it is useful because I have not actually studied AYP here and have just read briefly through the teachings on this site. I know my experience, developed without any formal/external instruction other than reading resources, is very subjective but it has worked well for me.

I hope this is helpful.
