yoga practionners have one thing that is common.....we are all have had our share of sadness and serious problems ....so if we compare what we are today to what we were in the past we will find a huge progress...we are blossoming...we are enjoying life to the maximum whether the outside circumstances are good or sh*tty....cause we are in control of the mind...and the best is yet to come
