Hi all,
I have just published my first book. It is called "Kundalini Awakening - Questions and Answers: A Guide for Spiritual Practitioners".
It is now available on Amazon and a number of other websites. The first 15 pages or so can be read in the previewer on Amazon. They include a description of my first silent meditation retreat in a cave monastery in Northern Thailand.

Hi Christi (Tristan) and All,
Yes, I'm still here, like a fly on the wall, a somewhat old one. 
Just received a copy of your book, seeing it for the first time. Went through it in one sitting. It is a good read for anyone interested in kundalini, and especially for those having experiences, needing guidance and reassurance. It's a nice addition to the AYP instructional writings, and highly recommended.

Delighted to see your post pop up today Yogani. Hope you are doing well. Your presence on the forum has been missed.
Tristan I am looking forward to reading your book. I wish it was available a few years ago when I started down the path. I think it will serve a valuable resource to many people and an extension of Yogani's wonderful teachings. |
