Namaste,

How long should we expect to start doing SPB effortlessly? I have difficulty keeping track of the spinal nerve and my visualizations are very messy and weak. There also are tensions in the body which prevent a deep breath.

Is 3 months a reasonable estimate?

No timeline as such. Sometimes, we go off track too. so....keep marching on
