Hi Friends,
The AYP retreat Orlando, FL dates have been finalized.
The retreat center has a beautiful lake, canoes are available, docks and a walking trail. It's permeated with Stillness.
Spring is the most beautiful time in Florida with clear blue skies, cool breezy weather, blooming flowers. The beauty of the sunshine state is accentuated during this time.
Here are the details:
Where: Canterbury Retreat & Conference center “Nestled in 48 beautifully wooded acres with Lake Gem as its centerpiece, Canterbury’s charm helps make every event memorable”. http://www.canterburyretreat.org/
When: April 5th, 2019-April 7th 2019.
Cost (includes meals and rooms):
$285- Single room
$255- Shared room

| I have found what Yogani says about retreats to be very true for me. Attending AYP retreats has been a real boost to my practice over the years. I try to attend as many as I can. I recently (at another AYP retreat) had the privilege to meet Sunyata, who is conducting this one -- and I have to say that she is one highly impressive and deeply inspiring yogini! We are certainly in good hands with her. Judging from the website, the retreat center looks serene and, of course, it’s in Florida – which, I think, speaks for itself! Plus, April is a good month to be there. This promises not just be quite pleasant but to also be time very well spent. In fact, I can’t imagine a wiser use of one’s time. Count me in! |

Friday
1:00 – 3:00 p.m. - Arrival
3:00- 4:00 p.m. -Introduction
4:00-5:30 p.m. - Asana, pranayama, meditation, samyama
6:00-7:00 p.m.- Dinner
8:00 p.m. - Satsang
Saturday
6:30 a.m.- Wake up bell
7:00-7:50 a.m.- Pranayama, meditation, samyama
8:00 – 9:00 a.m.- Breakfast
9:30 – 11 a.m.- Asana, pranayama, meditation, samyama
11:00 -12 p.m.- Lunch
12:00-3:00 p.m.- Free time/ walking/ personal practice
3:00-3:45 p.m.- Asana class
3:45-4:45 p.m.- Pranayama, meditation, samyama
6:00 -7:00 p.m.- Dinner
8:00 p.m. - Satsang
Sunday
6:30 a.m. - Wake up bell
7:00-7:50 a.m. - Pranayama, meditation, samyama
8:00 – 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast
9:00-10:30 p.m.- Asana, pranayama, meditation, samyama
11.00-12.00 p.m.- Farewells and departures
