Hello AYP Forum,

I happened to awaken kundalini in January. I'm trying to understand the "textures" kundalini can have:

1. A silvery energy that slugs up the spine in slow-motion during meditation at times.

2. A smooth, fluid energy that's constantly going up and down the spine to various chakra centres during the waking state.

3. Streams of energy that flow from the root to the crown during meditation.

Are all three of these kundalini?

In case you're wondering about the same, the answer is yes, all three sensations are kundalini
