Recently read 'The Four Agreements' by Don Miguel Ruiz. It seems to be changing me quite a bit (and for better :-) ...) . It's 'Toltec wisdom series'.

I recently read that and found it quite powerful. I was expecting New Age fluff, but was pleasantly surprised.

The concept of the Inner Judge is quite powerful. Much of the thoughts that arise I see as coming from this Judge, and having learned that I don't have to identify with my thoughts, I can distance myself from these judgements and work to escape their tyranny.

In a way, the four agreements are a form of yoga.
