A few months back, I saw that I've been judging my thoughts, habitually. That's a good revelation. Felt a lot freer afterwards.
Then, there's more stickiness, blocks, and it didn't flow well. I inquired. And then, it came to me that I've been judging not only the content of thoughts, the existence of thoughts themselves! Who's judging the existence of thoughts? Mind? Yes. But more precisely, a thought taken for granted. So, it's just thought judging thought, thought conflicting with thought, no more.
when this is seen. It just started to flow. Seriousness comes after playfulness, then replaced by a calmness, which is followed by whatever it comes....the stickiness is gone.
It's silly to the extent of almost being funny...it's so simple...yet, it is what must be experienced and seen through.
