i hear there are certain herbs for causing a kundalini awakening. anyone know of any so the energy will rage?

Idk any specific herbs but eating lighter more nutritious foods light fruits ands seeds and greens will free up alot of digestive energy.

i heard they do have the herbs but are held in great secrecy. if anyone know what the herbs are please let me know.
