How important is eye placement location during deep meditation? Can they just be in a relaxed position? Can they be rolled upwards or do they have to be between the brows? I was under the impression the focus was just on the mantra but when I tried to place my focus between the brows I feel it took away some attention from the mantra. Will this pass? Please people with experience respond.
