Hi All:
I had the opportunity to watch this documentary recently, and it is very informative.
This is a good introduction to Kundalini, the energetic side of the enlightenment equation, with good coverage of causes, symptoms, and the profound implications for the individual and society. In particular, anyone interested in the influence of Gopi Krishna and current activities in Kundalini-based paths will find this well worth watching.
While the approaches to Kundalini awakening covered are not the same that we take in AYP, the overall information presented is very complementary.
