hello friends I am new to this site.I started doing meditation couple of months ago.Not regular though.I sit for about 1 hour.nowadays i am feeling if someone has tied something to my forehead during meditation.Along with that i feel a electrical like sensation in the nasal area.What does this mean??Am I doing meditation wrongly??After these vibrations i have stopped meditating thinking that I am doing Meditation wrongly.Please help.I am doing simple breath awareness meditation.

Hi Harry,

Welcome to the AYP forums.

What you are experiencing is normal.
Take a look at this lesson, it may help.

Hi Harry,

The sensation at the forehead is the ajna chakra (third eye) becoming active. The electrical sensations in your nose are caused by a couple of the energy channels in the body becoming active.

As Shanti says, nothing to worry about.
