I now can perform the stage 2 Khechari.
I am considering start practicing Sutra Neti (using a string or clothes to clean the nosil ) weekly and perhaps it will help my nasal passage more and aware so I can do Nadi Sodanna from the back.

I look for Sutra Neti and find a rubber Sutra Neti in this link

1)anyone has used soft rubber catheter and know where I can find them?

Hi GreenYogi, and welcome!

You might consider doing jala neti instead. Less physically invasive, and more thorough cleansing and stimulation of the nasal passages and sinuses.
