I have been trying my best to preserve prana and try to follow tantric way.
But this time it was so painful that my lower abdomen was in agony and I could not do anything.
Any ideas why this happens.
Is it due to blue balls or what is that even? How can I over come this.

It'd be easy to help if you were to describe what your practices have been.
