Just for the record did anyone else here take"knowledge" aka Guru Mahraji since the 70's?

yes Snake... and it took me over 20 years to escape.

Now that I have gotten that guru out of my head, I am enjoying meditationa again. These forums are just great.

Richard, I still do the same meditation techniques I have always done but without any bhakti towards my former guru, in fact without any ritual.
I have been reading AYP boards for a few years and have benefited from the wide open discussions going on. Many sects/cults/groups forbid this type of discussion and keep their adherents in boxes. It is refreshing here.
